Mr. Panagiotis Valantasis, is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE), approved with over thirty years of experience in large organizations and companies of certified public accountants. During his long career he has dealt with issues such as Risk Management, Implementation of Models of Internal Control Systems, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Governance (Companies, Non-Profit Organizations and non). He has significant experience as a member of Boards of Directors and Audit Committees in major companies and non-profit organizations.
