Description
Public Relations, another critical operation, essential in each business or organisation, include activities such as: building corporate image, Media publicity, events organisation and promotion of the company's 'public image'.
Successful Public Relations require planning, respecting rules and tested practices, as well as assessment of the quality of implementation. This seminar emphasises on the importance of the Secretariat of companies, considering that, as a rule, secretaries are involved in many of the Public Relations activities described above.
In addition to their contribution towards establishing a corporate reputation, Public Relations also play a significant role in Crisis Management, as, in the words of the well-known investor Warren Buffett, 'it takes 20 years to build a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it'.
