Description

The seminar is based on the twenty-year experience of our consultants in managerial and organisation consultant positions in multinational and Greek companies. The aim of the Seminar is to train business executives in all production related activities.

In each section of the seminar, case studies are presented concerning:

• Error detection
• Productivity improvement
• Resolving quality-related problems

Emphasis is given to the use of check lists to pinpoint improvement opportunities in production planning, packing machinery set-up, set up time and production cost reduction, as well as, on methods of measuring machinery / personnel efficiency.
