Markos Mantes

Markos is a human resource development consultant, trainer and facilitator. In his educational programs he contributes to the development of the participants through Coaching techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Whole Brain® Technology. He conducts a variety of soft skills experiential trainings in Personal Development, Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration, Whole Mind®, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence and more. In the last 20 years he has participated as a facilitator and speaker in seminars and conferences for both international and local companies, in 7 countries and 2 languages. His most important specialization is team development and he has designed and implemented more than 150 Experiential Training programs for teams from 3 to 350 participants. He is a graduate of the psychology department of the American College of Greece, certified NLP Practitioner by the American Board of NLP, Master Whole Brain® Facilitator of Herrmann International, certified lecturer of the Dutch best seller seminar “MBA IN ONE DAY®” and Lego® Serious Play® methodology certified facilitator. He stands out for his unique Facilitation style, his ability to motivate people, the learning advantage of Experiential Activities, the creation of new activities, the development of Team spirit and his positive attitude. His favorite pastimes include mountain climbing and rock climbing, reading, cooking, gardening, bicycling, crafts, and board games.
